We saw the Pro touch gen 2 Zero Gravity massage chair at a Senior Expo. I had been considering purchasing a massage chair and Tracy gave me a very thorough demonstration (over an hour with me in the chair). Tracy took the time to ask where my problem areas were located and then showed me how I could custom adjust the chair to better address those areas. This chair has so many functions and I was so impressed that I bought the chair on the spot. I waited for a month to write this review because I wanted to try out more of the functions. I love the “voice control words” function, with 29 different voice commands. I already have some favorites, like the “Lady mode” that is an overall massage. I have sciatica pain occasionally from my right hip all the way down to my ankle. I was amazed that the “Buttock care” mode stopped the pain. The chair does a scan of your body before any massage begins. The rollers under the feet were a little too intense for my sensitive feet so I placed a folded washcloth under each foot and am really enjoying the foot massages now. In recent years I have been waking up during the night with painful foot and calf cramps. After doing daily massages for about a week in this chair the cramps disappeared. My headaches have decreased, and I am sleeping better. I really appreciate the 3 different levels of cushioning. There are 2 layers of cushions for the head and neck area that are attached at the top of the chair. If you want a more intense massage, you just flip these layers over the back of the chair. There is a 27” long and 10” wide pad that you can put under the buttock, back and neck area to add more cushioning too. I sometimes fall asleep while doing one of the 20-minute programmed massages. I highly recommend Tracy and this massage chair.
